AWH College of Science & Technology

AWH College of Science & Technology is one among the important projects under the group of AWH Calicut. The College established in 2005 and located in Anakkara panchayath of Palakkad district, near Anakkara Govt .Higher Secondary School. The college is located in an ideal place merged with nature. The calm and quite atmosphere itself may inspire the ambitious students to read ,write ,think and discuss . The College offers four year degree course as per the norms of University of Calicut.

Formed in 1973 and registered in 1975 under societies Regulations Act XXI 1860, AWH has at present 96 welfare institutions and projects and the number of its beneficiaries exceeds 13000 per annum.

Association for welfare of the Handicapped (AWH) is a pioneering welfare organization centered in Calicut, Kerala. Special education for mentally retarded and physically handicapped students , higher education and technical education are the prominent areas were attention is focused professionally by the visionaries of AWH to make it versatile under unique , capable of participating in the process of social transformation.
